My 15 frames of fame

I love the 1993 film Demolition Man. Great popcorn flick, pretty libertarian. Shows what might happen if they outlaw guns, cussin’, kissin’, salt, meat and fatty foods. (Aren’t they trying to outlaw salt in New York now?)

My question though, is, if every restaurant is Taco Bell, and salt, meat and fatty foods are banned, what do they serve at Taco Bell? lol….

I’m in that film sort of…my 15 frames of fame. There’s a poster of my old  band “Bomb” on Sandra Bullock’s character’s office wall. I’m the long-haired melting blond thing, second guy from the right, here (link goes right to the scene in the film):

Jesse Ventura plays a bad guy in that flick too. Doesn’t have many (or any) lines, but he’s one of Simon Pheonix’s goons.

I worked swing shift at the Hughes Aircraft Co’s Electro Optical and Data Systems Group in El Segundo, CA, when they were filming the “Taco Bell” sequence there. Got to meet Sandra Bullock as she was walking down the hall in her cute police woman outfit – she was a new star then and I didn’t know who she was. She was very nice, and very hot as well. Love the movie – entertaining and yes, pretty libertarian…..
